Ingredients:
2 cleaved frozen bananas
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 mug fermented espresso
½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
½ teaspoon vanilla concentrate
Directions:
Include all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Add milk or water to thin whenever wanted.
